"Our journey began in 2012 when my business partner and I purchased Taxis Gold & Black Ltd. In 2014 after trying two separate accounting packages I asked my then accountant to recommend a package that would provide me with access, usability and reporting without stress. Tony suggested I try MYOB. We switched and I employed a person I knew that had retired from her own business as accounts support doing Sales and Purchases and GST returns for small businesses using MYOB. This proved to be a disaster as she had never seen Account Right. I was using Jennifer Durham from Big Dream Solutions as the Sales Support for our installation of Account right at this time. Once we decided to move on from the lady I had employed I offered Jennifer a role part time running our MYOB system. Very soon I had a better than working knowledge of the program and a better in-site to accounting practice. Jennifer is knowledgeable and willing to help and offer solutions to problems. I have worked with her now for six years and can say she has supported our expansion into a second company and run our pay role system as well over this time. We have had occasion over this time to look at historical transactions in an effort to determine trends, issues that have occurred and follow up on messy data importing. Jennifer has been invaluable at these times, following up on missed payments and settling old accounts.
