Jennifer is a friendly and well-spoken tutor with immense knowledge of MYOB and would be an asset to any business owner at any level. Our journey began in 2012 when my business partner and I purchased Taxis Gold & Black Ltd. In 2014, after trying two separate accounting packages, I asked my then accountant to recommend a package that would provide me with access, usability and reporting without stress. Tony suggested I try MYOB. We switched and I employed a person I knew who had retired from her own business as accounts support doing Sales and Purchases and GST returns for small businesses using MYOB. This proved to be a disaster as she had never seen AccountRight. I was using Jennifer Durham from Big Dream Solutions as the Sales Support for our installation of AccountRight at this time. Once we decided to move on from the lady I had employed, I offered Jennifer a role part time running our MYOB system. Very soon I had a better than working knowledge of the program and a better in-site to accounting practice. Jennifer is knowledgeable and willing to help and offer solutions to problems. I have worked with her now for six years and can say she has supported our expansion into a second company and run our payroll system as well over this time. We have had occasion over this time to look at historical transactions in an effort to determine trends, issues that have occurred and follow up on messy data importing. Jennifer has been invaluable at these times, following up on missed payments and settling old accounts, finding value in trends and allowing us to strategically manoeuvre ourselves for best position going forward. It is with pride I can say Jennifer is a valued part of our team and a very willing resource when I'm seeking advice and help with issues.
